Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and local eateries. The rooms are neat and nicely done but a bit small for a group of four. The service is welcoming, informative, and quick to make guests feel at ease. The location offers easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The dining experience is delightful, especially for those fond of European flavors. Overall, a good value for money with minor drawbacks like room size.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were basic but spotlessly clean, with the unexpected bonus of having Foxtel in English in each room. However, the balcony overlooking the street could be noisy during the day with sounds from the restaurant kitchen below. The service was above and beyond my expectations, especially in providing hiking advice and arranging boat tours. The location is great, just a short walk from the train station connecting to Cinque Terre, although it could get noisy at night. The dining experience was enjoyable, with delicious offerings like cappuccino and homemade pastries.
During my stay at the hotel, the rooms facing south towards the park on the 5th floor were spotless with satellite TV, quiet ambiance, and a great view from the balcony. The hotel staff were genuine, polite, helpful, informative, and extremely friendly. The location was excellent for exploring Cinque Terre and the surrounding areas. The dining experience included a usual French breakfast with homemade croissants and pastries. Overall, a great value for the money with minor noise concerns at night and the need for earplugs.
